Lack of communication with staff, pay doesn't compete with non-secular jobs. can be a 24/7 job if you let it Expectations can be gray area and can change without your knowledge. Management pits one employee against another creates conflict instead of team.

Wonderful ministry based in Uganda Africa. The opportunity to work with the orphans from Uganda and the adults that traveled with them over the years is very special to me. I truly enjoyed the relationships I built with the other organizations, churches and people across the US as I promoted and booked the choir. It has been an opportunity I will always treasure.

A lot was expected from the position as it evolved over the years from a creative relationship building position to more analytical finance driven position.
