This company truly has the warm feeling of a family owned business. The difference, unlike many family owned businesses is that they, not only encourage, but actually value, suggestions and input from their employees. I have worked for a couple of other businesses in this industry where the cultures incorporate the methods of intimidation, demoralization and pitting employees against one another. The Management Team at Watson Gloves choose to inspire their employees to reach their goals. To think outside of the box. to bring your crazy ideas to the table and not be afraid to have them fail. Choosing to work at Watson Gloves was the best decision I have ever made and I hope to retire here. if you like to work hard and have some fun doing it. There is no better place to be.
Cons
They are a company that has grown rapidly over the past 10 years and that means changes are inevitable. Change is not easy for eveyone. You need to be able turn the wheel sharp and stomach a few U-turns. Growing is not easy for everyone.
