Lovely mid and lower-level employees, excellent culture between them, specifically. A lot of truly amazing people here who are excellent to work with.
Cons
Terrible leadership in certain areas of the business. Moving goalposts, a stressful environment, and clearly no long-term plans. When things change, decisions are made that only benefit upper-level people. Unanimously agreed that the workplace is volatile.
