      A great enterprise for someone who wishes to advance in his/her career. - Good pay for Lebanese market - Awesome vacation days (23/28 PTOs per year) - Great culture in the office - flexible hours - Opportunity to work on really important projects

      Pros

      Really is like a family. People take care of each other, and we pull together to get stuff done for our customers and colleagues.

      Cons

      The downside of that family vibe is that sometimes we ask too much of ourselves for too long. We overstretch so that we don’t drop the ball, when really what we need is not heroism, but better organization and maybe more staff.
