Pros
The company has a fantastic atmosphere. Everyone, from the cabling personnel up to the board are friendly, hard working and extremely acessible people. There is a great sense of community, having everyone working towards the common goals. Employees are given a great deal of freedom to show their ideas, discuss openly their thoughts and ideas regarding any matter. This freedom comes along with responsibility, as one would imagine. Overall, it is an amazing place to work.
Cons
The company is very stable. Having consistent results throughout the last years, the growth has been slow but steady. This type of growth doesn't leave much room for rapid individual professional growth.
