Pros
- Great place to start your career. I feel like I learned at a much faster rate starting in agency - Beautiful office - Unique opportunities to get trained on AI and use it for work - Met great people - A lot of resources for learning + I have a great boss who taught me the ropes
Cons
- "4 days a week" but most people don't follow it. It's still a firable offense though. - Empty office now that WPP lost a lot of clients. It's not as fun at the office any more - Activation teams always feel shortstaffed - Low pay
