Hello and thank you for your feedback. Our hiring package for the consulting track is between 38,000€ and 43,000€ in Paris and the Senior Consultant package is around 58,000€. Then, after 2-3 years in the same position, the benchmark package for the Manager grade is around €84,5000 and the Senior Manager grade around €110,000. In particular, from the manager grade onwards, the compensation package is broken down into a fixed part and a variable part, called 'Target Bonus'. Specific to Wavestone, this 'Target Bonus' is not only individual but also includes, in addition to the employee's performance over the year, a collective part related to the firm's performance. The salary policy as well as the benchmark salaries by grade are rules shared by all and available in full transparency on the company's intranet.
