Good place to learn some core consulting skills. In general people are very nice and the hours are good.
Cons
Opportunities for growth are murky, and depends a lot of what project you are staffed in and what managers you have. Limited number of junior staff means that people with 4+ years of experience are sometimes the most junior in the team.
