      Pros

      This review is solely based on the service department. Good working environment, Management will work with you to help you achieve your goals. If you work hard you will get treated with respect. Get treated like an adult if you behave as one. Free lunch on Fridays.

      Cons

      No commission for sales people. No commission = low effort. Some of the previous mentality from an old VP still lingers (pre 2023) which I consider stupid.
