You're clearly either a disgruntled former employee posing as a current employee OR you're a current employee who hasn't discussed your personal journey and lived experience at WayFinder with your manager.
WayFinder takes your allegations very seriously and we always work to swiftly address employee concerns. In the rare event differences can't be reconciled or an employee may be unhappy, we have always encouraged employees to pursue their career in a different role at WayFinder or at a different organization altogether. We don't support non-competes for this very reason. This is our attitude towards everyone, even outstanding, high-performing employees whose work we can attribute to our company's success. We regularly convey this in frequent check-ins and reviews.
