No opportunities for advancement within current structure. Missed promotions after being told on track due to unclear expectations and pathways forward. Consistently rolling back working privileges (started as a remote hire, moved department to 1 day in office, then 2 days in office, started with lunches provided for days in office and reduced those down to only Wednesdays). Since requiring us to come in office, equipment has been broken and/or faulty, and whenever other departments are in on the same days, you have to struggle to find a desk.
