Not really any except you could probably get a bit more cash elsewhere (but would probably have to sacrifice some of the above pros!) and not established a great benefits package yet.

One of my best work environments so far. Absolutely great people, happy atmosphere and well looked after. On my first day I was really impressed at how much people went out of their way to make you feel welcome. Workplace ergonomics was great too, excellent office chairs and consideration of employee needs. Regular social activities helped team building.

Unfortunately the company no longer has any employees and everyone has moved on to new pastures. We all stay in contact though and some of the IP continues.
