None to speak of now

There are some decent people working here, not sure why they stick around though. Not any other real pros....

This company has zero leadership, the current owner was handed down the company and probably has driven it in to the ground, they have no idea of what they are doing. I have same comments as other folks, no leadership, continued excuses around pay/bonuses and pay increases, people come and go all the time. Last minute and unobtainable goals, I think they do it so they can use it as an excuse to not give you merit increases in pay.
