Pros
People are really nice here and there has been a lot of fun working here. As a small company, it has a really flat structure. People communicate closely and frequently with each other. You will also be facing quite a lot of challenges on a daily basis which helps you gain more experiences in a relatively short period of time.
Cons
People here use Chinese as the primary internal working language most of the time. So if you don't speak Chinese, it might be a little hard to fit in. Also, try to hold a low expectation about salary.
