      Cons

      They will hire you and lay you off while still in training because of mismanagement. All the managers have left so they have no structure to support new hires so they end up laying off new employees. CEO is the worst part. He has unrealistic expectations, micromanages, and makes unreasonable changes without any thought. The entire culture is extremely toxic, discouraging any sort of growth with the company. Overall, this is not a place for anyone looking for organization, strong leadership, or a healthy work environment.

      Pros

      Company is in a high-growth phase, you get to take real ownership of your projects. Also, you aren't just managing existing systems, you’re often the one building and refining them. Besides, contributions are clearly seen by leadership.

      Cons

      Because the company is evolving quickly, processes can change overnight. This requires a high level of adaptability and the ability to handle ambiguity as new financial workflows are established.

      Pros

      they give lunch credit, only $15 however.

      Cons

      10 hour work day with no overtime. Crazy employee turn around. during my year there I saw over 20 employees come and go. They break many labor laws and treat people poorly. All around toxic place to work. Most the office will speak exclusively mandarin and have poor english.
