Pros
Salary and food available (that you have to pay for)
Cons
It's kinda funny that you placed this FAKE 5* reviews in the same day, when the people are leaving in weeks or months from starting.
I met 2 people that are there 1 year in a team of over 50 people... Insane.
Completely different treatment for different people.
Some have months (6+) of remote work approved, while others can not get a few days or weeks.
On the interview represented as a few months possibility of remote work, in reality you have to beg like some peasant and you still don't get approved.
Management is difficult to be found. Always present on the schedule, but rarely in the office or on Slack. When in the office, swearing loudly out of frustration is their hello. Put downs is how are you.
But, they are getting angry if you don't reply in 15 seconds to their text.
Non stop changing rules and not notifying the staff about it, so QA managers grade you poorly. You always feel like a failure.
Your job isn't just sales, but also marketing.
You have to call more then 200 unique numbers daily, send marketing emails manually to those 250 customers, advertise random app during the call, attend useless meetings, reply to Telegram chats, and other magician work.
The office is overcrowded open space with small desks, so you can't hear the client.
CRM is always bugging, as well as Voiso and internet connection.
They forget paying you the commissions, overtime and public holidays.
Advertising the position as employee, but scamming you with a contractor agreement, were you have no rights.
