Pros

remote hybrid work possibility is the only good thing

Cons

The scheduling is a nightmare that prevents you from having any private life. You’ll work weekends, switch between different shifts within the same week, and feel burned out after a very short time. The workload is unbearable, you won’t have a single minute of empty walk time, yet management expects very high quality output despite these poor working conditions. Definitely the worst job I’ve ever had.

Pros

Good comprehension of the job and workflow. Nice office environment.

Cons

HR couldn’t care less about employees, and management is no better. Every quarter they gather everyone together to brag about targets being reached thanks to employees doing all the work, while managers sit around contributing nothing except collecting paychecks. Promotions go to the biggest as* kissers, not the people who actually deserve them. You can be one of the strongest performers in the company, but the moment you speak honestly or point out problems, they’ll try to get rid of you or make you quit. Micromanagement everywhere. Zero trust. Coworkers gossip nonstop, stalk each other on social media, and create one of the fakest work environments imaginable. Privacy doesn’t exist there. Maybe 10% of promotions are actually deserved. The rest is favoritism, politics, and who knows how to play the corporate game best. The “company culture” and activities are fake PR nonsense made only for appearances. They do not value employees, they do not recognize effort, and they definitely do not reward loyalty anymore. They even added fake reviews on Glassdoor to make the company look better than it actually is The sad thing is the company wasn’t always this bad. A few years ago hard work actually mattered. Now it’s just a toxic environment run by ego, hypocrisy, and fake corporate smiles.

Pros

Salary and food available (that you have to pay for)

Cons

It's kinda funny that you placed this FAKE 5* reviews in the same day, when the people are leaving in weeks or months from starting. I met 2 people that are there 1 year in a team of over 50 people... Insane. Completely different treatment for different people. Some have months (6+) of remote work approved, while others can not get a few days or weeks. On the interview represented as a few months possibility of remote work, in reality you have to beg like some peasant and you still don't get approved. Management is difficult to be found. Always present on the schedule, but rarely in the office or on Slack. When in the office, swearing loudly out of frustration is their hello. Put downs is how are you. But, they are getting angry if you don't reply in 15 seconds to their text. Non stop changing rules and not notifying the staff about it, so QA managers grade you poorly. You always feel like a failure. Your job isn't just sales, but also marketing. You have to call more then 200 unique numbers daily, send marketing emails manually to those 250 customers, advertise random app during the call, attend useless meetings, reply to Telegram chats, and other magician work. The office is overcrowded open space with small desks, so you can't hear the client. CRM is always bugging, as well as Voiso and internet connection. They forget paying you the commissions, overtime and public holidays. Advertising the position as employee, but scamming you with a contractor agreement, were you have no rights.
