      It will be a great place for freshers to start their career. Work independently from the very first day.

      Cons

      Very limited growth opportunities in the company. The appraisal process is also a factor to worry about as most of the time, it's completely biased.

      Cons

      Legacy Line of Business is post-mature. New Business in Retail is still low in revenue Variable Pay is still too complex
