      Good workplace. Nothing else more

      Cons

      Scams fresh graduates and no experience employees to get in the company for “training” with 3years bond and you will pay 500k if you resign. But from the very start you will be assigned to project and training is only 1 hr per day that is suppose to be a whole day classroom type training. If you are new to industry please don’t attempt to apply here. You will be very disappointed.

      They are company that helps you succeed and everyone is a team player. If you are needing assistance on a project everyone is willing to open there line to assist.

      Pros

      Family oriented, one can work independently since you are always in a project. They also supported me while I was in between projects. Great company!

      Cons

      The pay is a little low and no much chance of an increase especially there is no designated sales person assigned in the US. Fully dependent to existing projects
