Pros

WFH for member who has a project only.

Cons

Lack of Career Growth Opportunities Few opportunities for advancement or skill acquisition. Limited leadership positions or career growth tracks. Outdated Projects and Technology Most client projects are legacy systems with little innovation. Little exposure to today's technologies deployed throughout the IT industry. Modern Tech Used Only in Free or Internal Projects New technologies are primarily used in non-billable or internal projects with little influence. Few hands-on experiences with popular tools in actual client-facing deliverables. Stagnant Work Environment Repetitive, upkeep-oriented tasks dominate the work. Innovation, R&D, and new ideas are not emphasized. Limited Learning and Development Support Little formal training or certification support. No systematic upskilling programs that align with industry standards. Low Internal Mobility Hard to change roles, teams, or domains. Employees tend to remain in the same job for a longer period. "LONG PERIOD OF BENCH"

Pros

Family oriented, one can work independently since you are always in a project. They also supported me while I was in between projects. Great company!

Cons

The pay is a little low and no much chance of an increase especially there is no designated sales person assigned in the US. Fully dependent to existing projects
