      Great management team that helped me launch my career quickly. The training they provided was really hands on. They really teach you to care more about your clients than getting a sale.

      It's a really competitive industry and you've got to be 100% committed to making your success.

      I have been with the company for 18 years. I work with an awesome group of professionals that have helped me grow my business to where I am the top producer.

      Can't say anything bad about the company. I have only experienced good things.

      Pros

      Incredible mentors Occasional free food Other representatives are nice

      Cons

      Not accurate job title No base pay No prospects or leads in helping you grow your business No actual training on how to be an advisor Whenever you get someone to agree to a meeting, you have to split your commission 50/50 with a senior advisor. Have to pay for office space, parking, to rent a room for meetings with prospects, etc.
