      Pros

      I have worked at multiple firms before joining WDG. Great environment of advisors that are focused on adding value to their clients. First place I have been that actually creates complete financial plans, not just says that they will.

      Cons

      This business is great and allows me the opportunity to make a difference in other lives. However, Not a business for everyone. Very entrepreneurial.

      I have been with the company for 18 years. I work with an awesome group of professionals that have helped me grow my business to where I am the top producer.

      Cons

      Can't say anything bad about the company. I have only experienced good things.

      Pros

      Incredible mentors Occasional free food Other representatives are nice

      Cons

      Not accurate job title No base pay No prospects or leads in helping you grow your business No actual training on how to be an advisor Whenever you get someone to agree to a meeting, you have to split your commission 50/50 with a senior advisor. Have to pay for office space, parking, to rent a room for meetings with prospects, etc.
