There is a lot going on here to be excited about. The mission and the message and the experience being taught is powerful. You can learn a great deal and if you are willing to work you will get ahead and grow. This is a place that with the right mindset you will see tremendous success and be rewarded for it. I would say overall this is a great place to work and grow and have a voice.

Only major con is paid time off and holidays off. The environment is fun and the people are great to work with.

Smart people outsmarting each other here. You decide if that’s a pro.

Operating on a bureaucratic type of leadership. Employees under management could do nothing but wait for their decisions. We can’t do anything unless we’re given an order. Doing things out of your own discretion might get you fired!
