As a young company, there were delays on approvals at times and some interdepartmental hiccups. Wage hikes and bonuses may be more based and performance related.

The company is deeply involved in cutting-edge tech, especially AI solutions, which gives employees a chance to work on exciting and meaningful projects.

Sometimes the workload can be heavy, especially around product launches or deadlines.
