I recently started at Web Strategy Plus after working several years in the retail industry. Working in marketing has been a dream of mine for some time so I was excited to have the opportunity to enter the field as a Social Media Community Manager with Web Strategy Plus.
I have to say that in any job I have ever taken, the on-boarding process has typically been suspect, whether it be too rushed, or incomplete, but this has not been the case with Web Strategy Plus. The training has been incredibly helpful and thorough. I was even placed in one of the company's social media classes that is offered to businesses looking to gain an edge in their online presence. Any time I have had a question it has been promptly answered, whether it was from a coworker, the Social Media Director Carol, or the CEO Michelle. Despite the non conventional work environment, there is a very clear teamwork focused aspect as people step up to help their coworkers when help is needed.
The experience has been unparalleled and I encourage anyone interested in working for or doing business with Web Strategy Plus not to hesitate to reach out today!
