Pros
It's clear this is a company that cares about having a fun workplace culture. But it seems they prioritize this to recieve recognition in their "Best Places To Work Survey".
Cons
Over the course of working here, I've realized that managent plays favorites in terms of learning opportunities and promotions. Really assess and hold managers accountable for their teams growth. Management is clearly unable to delegate tasks properly to employees so everyone has a fair shot. I always found that they were constantly trying to track performance and availaibilty to the point where it grossly felt like micromanaging. They want people to "show up" for things for appearances and to prove that it is indeed benefitial instead of it naturally being so. But they have a fun workplace culture so that's good I guess?
