1) Lowest possible salary here and no hikes. Yes, expect 100-200rs hike in a year and that too for selected employees.
2) The worst HR management seen in any company. There are two HR's and both seem to be doing nothing other than gossiping and tuning in to FB. In all companies, HR stands for the employees and listens to their queries etc. But nothing of that sort here. There are multiple groups among employees and the HR sticks to what that particular group has to say. And one more thing, HR won't pick your calls after office hours even if you call for any emergency.
3) Leaves - Another blunder. Have heard the leave policy hasnt changed since the company's inception. There are very few celebrations at office (onam,Xmas) which employees need to take the initiative. HR will be as always non responsive.
4) I joined here hoping to learn new technologies but realized I knew newer and better technologies. No point in blaming the employees. Since the company gives peanuts as salary, you tend to get freshers or someone who is having a basic skillset. And there are no "serious" training sessions. At times, management comes up with some downloaded information from the net and just reads it off a presentation.
5) Extra work - they make you do extra work. Since they are behind the money as soon as they get a project, they want to finish it asap. So they order the employees to work 10-12 a day without even providing extra allowance. This happened for 3 weeks at a stretch.
6) Salary - I havent received the salary on the mentioned date right from my joining date and they still havent given salary to many (2-3 months pending). They release only to employees who are working on some critical projects (in fear of those employees creating any issues that may hamper the project deadline). And when you ask the HR or the finance team for any explanation, it's their attitude that you need see. It's like asking them a loan. Pathetic!
More employees have realized that staying here is pointless so many have moved on. The company employees have reduced (half in size) when to compared to the time I joined and in the span of 1 year, atleast some 25-30 candidates have joined and resigned. They don't stay for more than 6 months.
Even if you are a fresher, look elsewhere. This company can ruin your career, your happiness and create numerous tensions! One ore thing, don't go by their positive reviews here, it's all the company employees who have been asked by the management to leave a positive rating so as to boost the profile on Google.
