In this company, there are 3–4 seniors who do nothing but still take credit for the juniors’ work. There is a lot of partiality between seniors and juniors. They also give very low increments to juniors or fire employees after one year by saying their performance is not good.and 1.more important thing is that this 3-4 people if are going to ask help they will not answering anything.

- Seniors are doing nothing all need to do by yourself. if you are asking helping to your seniors they do not help anything. and they are also not giving good increments.
