Pros

Since it's a small company, you can get involved in a lot of projects. It's good for recent grads who want more work experience. In general the team there is pretty easy to work with.

Cons

Pay is low. No 401K. The CEO is really critical of everything and everyone except himself. He has a my way or the highway kind of attitude.

Pros

Flexible hours. High degree of autonomy, no micromanagement. Large audience so it's easy to have a big impact. Laid-back team, easy to work with.

Cons

Content is focused just on business and finance and investing so maybe not as good of a fit for people who aren't interested in these topics.

Pros

Very analytical, numbers-based culture. Management relatively open to new ideas, providing you can back up your idea with data. If you can't, you'll have to run a small-scale test to gather sample data.

Cons

The websites run by WebFinance are based on a dying advertising-based business model. They run on a mish-mash of old technologies and need a new "big idea." The office itself is sparsely decorated and depressing. Management keeps proposing team-building events after-hours while the employees nervously shift and avert their eyes. In the course of a day there are many awkward-turtle moments.
