Pros

No red tape, no beuocracy - the amount of effort you put directly impacts your compensation. It's a very open environment. If you can prove something is a good idea, you can test it out see if it's worth a large scale roll out. Great opportunity to make an impact. Unlimited opportunity for professional and personal growth. Close knit environment - frequent collaboration, happy hours, team outings.

Cons

You have to drive to get lunch, there's no good restaurant within walking distance. But it's only a 5 minute drive so it's not a big deal.

Pros

Flexible hours. High degree of autonomy, no micromanagement. Large audience so it's easy to have a big impact. Laid-back team, easy to work with.

Cons

Content is focused just on business and finance and investing so maybe not as good of a fit for people who aren't interested in these topics.

Pros

Very analytical, numbers-based culture. Management relatively open to new ideas, providing you can back up your idea with data. If you can't, you'll have to run a small-scale test to gather sample data.

Cons

The websites run by WebFinance are based on a dying advertising-based business model. They run on a mish-mash of old technologies and need a new "big idea." The office itself is sparsely decorated and depressing. Management keeps proposing team-building events after-hours while the employees nervously shift and avert their eyes. In the course of a day there are many awkward-turtle moments.
