Pros

Can't think of any pros!

Cons

If you want to join a company with pathetic and unprofessional work ethic, then here is the one. It's full of unhealthy politics and it's mostly driven from leadership who are so confused and lacks professionalism that you won't be able to understand what's going on in the company. No one seems to value your ideas/opinions and they treat employees like slaves who are not allowed to raise any question/concern and if they do so, next moment they are fired. Leaders or Managers don't seem to have any vision for company and definitely no succession planning/career development for any employee. There hardly follow values they themselves have put on the website. It is the most chaotic place I have seen in my career and I wish I must have thought more before joining here and having an unpleasant experience. False and misleading information, lies, non-transparent value system, spineless management etc are some of the things which you can think while talking about Webinterpret. No true person with high values and work ethics can stay in this company for long.

Pros

eCommerce is an interesting space. If you learn it well, there is potential to make a long term career out of your knowledge base.

Cons

During my short time with the company, I worked as an "independent contractor" out of their Roseville, US location. I had two managers who participated in sexually explicit conversations, created office gossip and verbally harassed other employees. It was clear that management had little to no experience or guidance. Targets were unclear and extensive training was of no use.
