Pros

Great environment. Amazing amounts of creativity and team leadership. Employees work hard, and always willing to support one another. Company is growing and continues to succeed because of its staff. The management team is very good in making sure that the suggestions and options if employees are included in the company planning process. This is a company where you always have a voice no matter who you are, and good ideas are encouraged and fully supported. As a staff member you feel needed, respected and valued. You are able to grow on both a personal and professional level. I am proud to work for WebLink International

Cons

Growing company with any growing company you will have some bumps, but with the direction WebLink is heading it's making great strides to lessen the bumps

Pros

I worked at Weblink right at 3 years in the finance and FP&A group. Weblink allowed me to move into managing people, expanding my leadership skills, and working in a high performing finance team. The leadership and direction in Finance was one of the main factors that lead and shape the company. DJ and other e-Team members were supportive, encouraging, and always had a positive outlook on the business. Also, the people at Weblink were like family to me and I have built some long term relationships and connections with current and former employees.

Cons

Turnover was something in my 3 years at the company was a major concern that the company understood and began engaging employees to understand the main drivers around turnover. Also, around keeping top talent engaged and challenged. I think the company could have done a better job in being proactive in career and professional development conversations. Lastly, following through on commitments to employees and external stakeholders.
