If you are considering employment at this establishment, run. Not only is there EXTREME sexual harassment that takes place inside and outside of the office from the manager (no HR to turn to for help) the CEO is also horrible and looks out for only himself. They'll tell you it is a family company but it is opposite. Drinking going on in the office, ripping off costumers, no raises, uncomfortable environment. I once had to take it upon myself to leave in the middle of a complete blizzard because management did not let us leave. Of course, the boss left and completely ignored his staff and expected them to stay. Mine you, there are no costumers ever in the building and everything can be done remotely.
