Pros
Good clean tech stack c#, SQL, SSAS, vue.js, implementing agile processes and clear communication from management. Realistic and fair workload, good support from coworkers, like the culture (very much like a family - caring and good communication). Mgmt are open to dialog and encourage debate/healthy conflict. You have to "switched on" to work here
Cons
Product development is not a regular 9-5 job, it's an ambitious company and management pushes hard to innovate. You can't "hide" behind a monotonous set of tasks, they really push you to be your best and contribute to the team. I find this very rewarding because my personal and professional skills have grown immensely since starting here.
