Pros

Good salary, The pay is fair with plans to implement commission. plus full benefits. Niche industry to learn, very interesting. Everyone is knowledgeable and experienced, plus very kind and friendly. Everyone on the team is easily approachable. Cross department communication is great. The SEO team is great at filling in gaps with client interactions during periods where PPC leadership was unavailable. Plenty of learning. There's definitely a lot you'll learn that you can carry other within your career.

Cons

Lack of training and unorganized. Half of the onboarding was self guided via docs. Some of the procedures were outdated. Some of the systems indicated are no longer in use and instructions are not in order. Crash course given for multiple systems/tracking/integrations , No uniform system across all clients. Lack of Guidance. Very Niche industry, so clients are limited. After onboarding, instructed to complete daily tasks and await new clients. Observe accounts but make no changes unless requested. Unexpected and unjustified layoff. As preciously explained, instructed to complete daily tasks but make no optimizations to campaigns while awaiting new clients. Terminated for begin idle yet lack of work to do outside of the approved daily tasks. I would have assumed that I entered at a bad period as multiple core management members were taking separate vacations at the time of my employment, but given that my experiences match previous reviewers, I don't think that this is something new.

Pros

I really enjoy working here because the team and leadership are all very friendly, supportive, and hard working. The office has lots of nice amenities, and the culture is friendly and warm. You'll never find yourself micro managed, but only encouraged to do your best work. It's fun to be a part of a company leading a niche industry because there is always opportunity to learn and grow.

Cons

No cons that I can think of.

Pros

If you're just starting your career in SEO, this may serve as a stepping stone. The expectations and oversight are minimal, largely because leadership lacks the expertise to effectively evaluate the quality of the work being done.

Cons

A truly terrible experience. Employees are constantly pressured to sell products and services that often don't seem to be in clients' best interests, while spending significant time reporting on irrelevant metrics simply to justify the fees clients are paying. Meanwhile, leadership appears completely disconnected from the realities of the business. The turnover alone speaks volumes: within a two-month span last year, three employees quit and one was abruptly fired—more than half of the entire SEO team. Much of this stemmed from new leadership that operated with an iron fist despite lacking a clear understanding of the work or the department they were managing. If you're considering joining this company, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
