We do have huge level of favoritism, especially for people who perform and go out of their way to help customers. We have set KPIs for all departments- thus if your colleague meets targets and exceeds- she will be appreciated.
Our Project Managers (or account managers) are responsible for delivery and customers only pay if they are happy. Thus, we do put a lot of pressure to ensure customers' fair demands are met. After all, they are the reason for our existence.
As mentioned in a post above- 156 months, salary NEVER missed- GST or no GST. As a cash flow driven organization that is adding people and customers continuously- unless we work to deliver things that customer like and in time- we do have to face working capital issues.
If you have worked for 3 years you may have noticed that people who joined as fresher became department heads, people with less than a year of experience were sent for international assignments.
You may have also noticed that any amount of butter does not get you anywhere at WebXpress. If you perform and show spark and initiative- you are our favorite.
