      Pros

      I'm new to the company, but everyone I've interacted with has been great! The vast majority of my work experience comes from a very large organization where it feels easy to get lost in the weeds. Not here! The onboarding process has been extremely smooth, and they make great use of technology. The interview process was extensive, but straightforward. They were very clear on their expectations through the process, which I appreciated.

      Pros

      The entire interview and hiring process was world-class. I felt a part of the team even before I started. The training is exceptional. People here care and go above and beyond to welcome and celebrate.
