1) Friendly environment - always happy and cheerful 2) Free to explore and improve oneself. 3) Makes me feel like im at a home away from home. 4) Employees are very caring and supportive. 5) Employee politics is barely there to the point of being absent. 6) The guys are very sweet. 7) The Buddha pictures and waterfall is very calming and peaceful
