Worst Company (not good for Experienced People ) - Software Developer Webcubator Employee Review

I learned a lot during my time here and had the opportunity to work on good and challenging projects. The company gives flexibility to explore different technologies and allows employees to choose the type of work they are interested in. It can be a good place for freshers to gain hands-on experience and improve their technical skills.

Salary payments were frequently delayed, and at one point salaries were not paid for two months across the company. Additionally, the full and final settlement has still not been provided till date. Even after the company’s financial situation improved, delays in payments continued, which caused uncertainty and stress for employees.

1. Flexible working hours. 2. Opportunity to work on projects across different domains (though without proper learning support).

1. No senior guidance or mentorship. 2. Salaries are not paid on time, and full & final settlement after leaving is very difficult. 3. Layoffs can happen suddenly without notice or support. 4. Very hard to reach management regarding pending salary — no proper responses to emails, calls, or messages. 5. Lack of proper management and structured processes.
