      You learn abit if its your 1st job as you have difficult clients to deal with.

      Cons

      Micromanagement culture! You cant eat at your desk, no music/headphones, under time constraints always, no flexible working. Are you a agency or kindergarten?

      Not a bad product, but often released without care and then have to deal with issues

      Pros

      Luckily I didn’t have to spend a lot of time in the pokey damp office.

      Cons

      Disingenuous & petulant owner and a lousy product to boot (oooh website templates… how 2001). Customer team were under constant pressure to deliver unmanageable workloads. Zero company benefits and pay wasn’t exactly great either (alarm bells should have started ringing when the owner originally offered me £5k less than the advertised starting wage when I successfully applied for the job!!) Just a really horrible little business with illusions of grandeur. Avoid.
