Pros

Small team, so you get to know and talk to everyone

Cons

* They will work you to death with very low pay. * No structure, organization or defined goals. They'll ask you to do something one day and then completely change direction the next day. Then will complain about your progress, even though they're the one who don't have a clear direction. * They only care about the people that've been at the company for the longest. You will be treated as a second class employee. Basically, your opinion doesn't really matter compared to the older employees. * They will smile in your face but stab you in the back. * Insurance coverage is ridiculous. And if you have a family, forget about it.

Pros

I’ve worked at WebFirst for almost two years. During this time, I had the opportunity to learn from several highly skilled mentors who helped me grow tremendously. The interview process was excellent, I appreciated that the questions were based on real-life scenarios, and the technical challenge was directly related to actual Drupal development, not something abstract. WebFirst truly supports professional growth. One of the standout benefits is the Remote First culture. The company respects your personal time and maintains healthy boundaries. Management is incredibly approachable and open.

Cons

For some, working on government projects might be seen as a downside, but you actually can find them interesting from a technical perspective. Most of the projects are support-based, with a few new development opportunities mixed in.
