Pros

Having lived the agency life for nearly a decade, I can firmly say that this is the best firm I've ever worked for. The people are fantastic and everyday presents a new challenge or opportunity. The benefits are robust and a medical incentive is provided to each employee after 90 days which gives me the freedom to shop in the open market for a medical plan that works for my specific needs. The company follows a set of core values and processes to help drive customer satisfaction and productivity so where we push to build successes for clients, and ourselves, we also find time to relax and have fun at monthly happy hour events, annual company parties, holiday gatherings and more. We also offer snacks/drinks in the office on a regular basis and are constantly looking to develop our culture further. We celebrate our wins and study our losses to find ways to grow and improve. We provide awesome flexibility in handling medical issues as well as taking personal time off. A work/life balance is extremely important here and is communicated on a regular basis.

Cons

At times, it might feel like you, or a team, is being micro-managed, however, we're simply focused on delivering at the highest level possible and while we try and find the right people for the job, it doesn't always work out, and that's okay! Job joy is everything and the only "con" I have is that there are more people who like Marvel, than DC in the office.

Pros

When I started here I really enjoyed everything about it. I felt apart of a great company to work for that offered a lot back to its employees. I enjoyed the people I worked with. I felt proud of where I worked and was hopeful for the future. I felt like I'd found a long term career with a growing company...until I didnt.

Cons

In some ways it felt like a slow sinking ship. There was a lot of turnover and during my time there they'd placed a lot of their focus and energy into 1 or 2 main clients to help keep cashflow coming in. After the loss of one of those clients they had to make serious cutbacks including cuts to their staff. Lots of poor management both on projects and with employees as well as a lack of accountability. At times it felt like the company was just a ship at sea with no direction or captain just drifting aimlessly.
