Good perks, and the office in Stockley Park is very good. They have some company socialisation stuff that are great.

Bad salary, the dev team was always changing. After negotiating the annual bonus when I join, they after pulled the bonus.

Casual workplace, good people to work with, industry leading company, decent offices and canteen. Expectation is to work hard but people who do can move up if they want to.

The office location is less than perfect and the benefits can be a little lacking. Salaries okay but nothing special and annual reviews can be painful.
