      you get free tea and coffee you get to work on your own on nights and weekends

      Cons

      very little training no scope from advancement company pays very poor salary only ten percent shift allowance for working 24-7 lucky to earn 20 grand a year very high turnover of staff due to poor pay and lack of prospects

      Pros

      Good perks, and the office in Stockley Park is very good. They have some company socialisation stuff that are great.

      Cons

      Bad salary, the dev team was always changing. After negotiating the annual bonus when I join, they after pulled the bonus.

      Pros

      Casual workplace, good people to work with, industry leading company, decent offices and canteen. Expectation is to work hard but people who do can move up if they want to.

      Cons

      The office location is less than perfect and the benefits can be a little lacking. Salaries okay but nothing special and annual reviews can be painful.
