Decent for a foot in the door - Analyst Webhead Employee Review

The reasons why I think Webhead is a great place to work are: 1. From day one, the CEO of the company, Janie Gonzalez, has shown her support to her employees through luncheons, get togethers, socials, gift cards for Christmas, and general visits to each of our work locations on Ft. Sam Houston. I have shared with Webhead employees, and people interviewing for positons with Webhead, that this CEO has visited her employees more times in one year, than previous company's CEOs or Program Managers have visited over the length of the contract under which I was previous employed. 2. The overall Staff has been excellent, and will bend over backwards to support their employees whenever possible. Everybody at Webhead cares about their employees, especially during this pandemic. I know I can reach out to any staff member and I will be treated with respect and professionalism. 3. Webhead treats their people like a family, and strives to improve support to their employees whenever possible. This has been evident when a couple employees had difficult times with family and personal matters. 4. I would not hesitate in minute to recommend this company to anybody for employment.
