Pros
Offers Opportunity to Interns Festival Celebrations
Cons
Manager just forwards client messages without reading, expect me to handle everything, and then blame you if something goes wrong. They’d even ask me what to reply to the client by drafting a message for them. Company has emphasis on using Page builders and plugins only. So your learning gets bottlenecked at certain point. When I joined we were around 10 people. By the time I left, we were down to 4 — they were either fired without reason or pressured to quit. One of our experienced backend dev was also forced to resign after being forced to do frontend tasks, and the way the manager spoke to them (despite the age gap) was totally unprofessional. There's a 10% variable deduction. And you get it after 1 year completion. Probation period is random. They can also extend it Leave policy is ridiculous. I asked for a leave to attend my cousin’s wedding and HR and Manager told me to submit the wedding invitation card, or the leave wouldn’t be approved. They also have Sandwich🥪 policy They have 2 sides managed by both founders individually. The side I didn't work on has positive reviews but the side I was working all were having the same above issues. I wouldn't recommend anyone to join here as a developer. I've heard positive reviews about the 'PPC' department but I honestly have no idea.
