Webscale offers a positive and welcoming work environment with a healthy work/life balance for members of the engineering team. The team and management is talented and eager to share their knowledge to lift everyone up. The product and technical challenges involved in building it offer many engaging opportunities to learn and expand one's skills and knowledge.

I find it difficult to find anything negative to say about my experience. Expectations are high for members of the engineering team, but I hardly consider that a con.
