People are generally friendly and hybrid work. Good for learning about the industry.

Clients are very demanding giving heavy workloads and sometimes OT is necessary for most days. Not ideal for new to the industry as the learning curve could be steep. Lots of micromanaging and career opportunities/promotion are hard to come by. The company has been around for sometime but there are less than 10 employees.

Lots of personal freedom. Central location.

Small company. Not much career prospect.
