Pros
They have a very positive environment, they always have music going and try to keep everybody motivated as much as possible.
Cons
They are always blaming you that people's credit cards decline and they are always in your ear when you are on the phone discussing the business with others. They are too pushy and try to scam old people out of their money when they really can't afford it.
