      You are not micromanaged. Meeting clients in person 2/5 days that helps break up the prospecting. Generous 25% commission with high earning potential. No charge backs. Insurance benefits start right away and the employer pays for the benefits The owner is very fair and they have good people placed in management with fair expectations Growing company with management opportunities

      Cons

      Lower base that’s not negotiable Dated CRM with no email/constant contact capabilities No increase in pay if you stay in the same position.

      Webstyle took advantage of young people early in their careers by giving them lofty titles to get away with paying them pennies. There was an effort to foster a youthful, startup environment, which really just meant the company kept snacks and beer in the kitchen and people started drinking in the office by 4pm.
