They does not consult with the employee before termination even they do not ask for show cause or give any warning to the employee before termination and just send the mail of termination that the person is terminated from that day it self. There is a huge communication gape between employer and employee at all stages. Executive do not receive incentive before 5 to 6 month. Bonanzas are declared to increase the sale but executive who achieved the target receive the amount in pain and paper but actually do not receive the case in hand ever.
